Reconnaissance Research is a private and non-governmental think-tank that was founded in Kuwait on April 2019. It aims to create an open platform for dialogue and opinions among local and international experts. The center builds strong communication bridges with foreign diplomats and experts to strengthen Kuwait's relations with the international community.
The center believes that transparent communication can prevent and mitigate potential crises and promote an environment of common interests and cooperation instead of conflict and competition. Therefore, Reconnaissance Research strives to establish a discourse that reflects realistic optimism and paves the way for a better future.
The center hopes to be a gateway for independent scientific and strategic thinking for not only Kuwait's local issues but also broader regional and international issues. The center's mission is to adapt and adjust to external forces' challenges and opportunities to navigate towards a better future.
To quote the well-known phrase, "We can't control the wind, but we can adjust our sails," and this sentiment reflects the approach of Reconnaissance Research in adapting to changing circumstances and providing valuable insights.
